Personal - I was born in Portland, Oregon on May 3, 1950.  We moved to the Santa Rosa area when I was 3 and I have lived in this area for the last 57 years.  I graduated from Santa Rosa High School.  I am married to Becky and have two step children, Abby and Patrick and two granddaughters Alyssa and Ashlyn.

Professional - I worked for the Sonoma County Water Agency for 36 years as an Engineering Programming Manager and retired in 2008.

Masonic - I received my Masonic Degrees at Santa Rosa Luther Burbank Lodge #57 and became a Master Mason on April 8, 1999.  I joined the Valley of Santa Rosa Scottish Rite and the Aahmes Shrine in 2001. 

I currently serve as the Marshal of Santa Rosa Luther Burbank Lodge #57 and belong, as an active member, to the Aahmes Clowns and the Sonoma County Arabian Band.  I served as 1st Ceremonial Master of Aahmes in 2009, President of the Sonoma County Shrine in 2007 and Sultan of the Sonoma County Arabian band in 2006.
